I just wrapped up the third year of my joint Journalism BA with Centennial College and University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. I'm looking for some concrete work experience before I step into the intimidating field of professional journalism next year. Most importantly, I'm always on the hunt for bylines to boost my portfolio.

Skills that I bring to the table include experience with Quark Express, a good eye for copy-editing, a passion for photography and the ability to cover an array of topics ranging from home decor to a hockey game to elections.

My interests stretch from music, film and literature to professional sports (excluding basketball and including lacrosse.) The biggest political and social issues that concern me are homelessness and the importance of a child's development - mentally, socially, physically and emotionally.

Cheers.
